Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 19, 2026
58Labs (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the JumJump mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, processed, and shared when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect
JumJump does not require users to create an account or directly provide personal details such as a name, email address, phone number, or payment information.
The App may store certain game-related information locally on your device, including:
- High scores and gameplay progress
- Collected in-game gold
- Unlocked and selected skins
- Music and sound settings
- Language preferences
- Tutorial completion status
This locally stored information is used to provide the App’s gameplay features and is not uploaded to servers operated directly by 58Labs.
Third-party services integrated into the App, including Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics, may automatically collect certain technical, advertising, diagnostic, and usage information as described below.
2. Advertising and Google AdMob
JumJump uses Google AdMob to display banner and rewarded advertisements.
Google AdMob and its advertising partners may automatically collect or process certain information, including:
- IP address and approximate location
- Device identifiers and advertising identifiers
- Advertising data, including advertisements viewed
- App interactions and advertising interactions
- Performance and diagnostic information
- Crash-related information
- Device and operating system information
This information may be used to:
- Display and deliver advertisements
- Provide personalized or non-personalized advertisements
- Measure advertising performance
- Perform analytics and reporting
- Improve advertising and SDK performance
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud and abuse
The collection and use of information by Google AdMob and its advertising partners are governed by their applicable privacy policies and terms.
3. Firebase Analytics
JumJump uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used and to help us improve gameplay, performance, features, and the overall user experience.
Firebase Analytics may automatically collect or process information such as:
- App usage and interaction information
- Session and engagement information
- Device and operating system information
- App version and technical information
- App instance or similar device-related identifiers
- Approximate geographic information
JumJump may also send gameplay-related analytics events to Firebase, including information about:
- Game sessions being started
- Game over events
- Score milestones reached
- Selected in-game skins
- Rewarded advertisement requests and loading status
- Completion of rewarded advertisements
- Use of rewarded revive features
- General gameplay engagement
These analytics events may include gameplay-related values such as scores, collected in-game currency, selected skin identifiers, gameplay duration, or whether a rewarded revive was used.
We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other directly identifying contact information to Firebase Analytics.
Information collected through Firebase Analytics is processed by Google according to Google’s applicable privacy policies, terms, and data retention practices.
4. App Tracking Transparency
On supported versions of iOS, the App may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing the device’s advertising identifier or tracking activity across other companies’ apps and websites.
You may allow or deny this request.
If you deny tracking permission:
- You can continue using all gameplay features.
- Advertisements may still be displayed.
- Advertisements may be less personalized or shown using limited data.
You may change your tracking permission later through your device’s iOS Settings.
5. Privacy and Consent Choices
The App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising consent where required by applicable privacy laws.
Depending on your country or region, you may be shown a privacy consent message that allows you to:
- Accept personalized advertising
- Reject or limit certain advertising purposes
- Manage privacy and advertising preferences
- Change your choices later through the Privacy Options section, where available
Advertisements are requested only after the required consent process has been completed and the App is permitted to request advertisements.
6. Rewarded Advertisements
JumJump may offer optional rewarded advertisements.
Watching a rewarded advertisement may provide an in-game benefit, such as continuing a game after losing.
Rewarded advertisements are optional, and users may continue using the App without watching them.
Google AdMob may process advertising interactions to determine whether the requirements for receiving an in-game reward have been completed.
JumJump may also record analytics events relating to rewarded advertisement requests, loading, completion, and the use of the resulting in-game reward.
7. Data Storage and Retention
Game progress, scores, settings, gold, and unlocked items are stored locally on your device.
58Labs does not maintain a separate user account system or a server-side database containing this locally stored game progress.
Local information may be removed when:
- You delete the App
- You clear or reset the App’s data
- Your operating system removes the App’s stored information
Information processed by Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics is retained according to Google’s applicable data retention policies and settings.
8. Data Sharing
We do not directly sell personal information.
Information may be processed by Google and its service partners through services including Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics for purposes such as:
- Advertising
- Advertising measurement
- Analytics
- App performance measurement
- Security and fraud prevention
- Service improvement
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid request from a public authority.
9. External Content and Advertisements
Advertisements displayed in the App may lead to third-party websites, applications, products, or services.
58Labs does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party services.
Users should review the privacy policies of those third parties before providing personal information.
10. Children’s Privacy
The App does not contain an account registration system or a feature that asks users to directly submit their name, email address, phone number, or other direct contact information.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information directly to us, please contact us so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action.
11. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information associated with the App.
However, no method of internet transmission, electronic storage, analytics technology, advertising technology, or mobile device security is completely secure.
Therefore, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
12. International Data Processing
Google and its service or advertising partners may process information in countries other than the country in which you live.
This may include information processed through Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics.
Where required, these transfers are handled under the privacy and data protection mechanisms used by the relevant third-party service provider.
13. Your Choices
Depending on your device and location, you may control certain data uses by:
- Denying or allowing tracking through the iOS ATT prompt
- Changing tracking permission in iOS Settings
- Selecting advertising consent choices in the privacy message
- Opening Privacy Options from the App’s settings, where available
- Disabling personalized advertising through applicable device or Google settings
