58 Labs operates the Popuf mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection and use of personal data when you use our App.
We deeply respect your privacy. Popuf is designed to function entirely locally on your device. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect, store, or share any personal information (such as your name, email, location, or contacts). All your tasks and app preferences are saved locally on your device. If you delete the App, your data is permanently deleted. We have no remote access to your data.
To keep the App free, we use Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. AdMob may collect and use certain anonymous data, including your IP address, device identifiers (Device ID), cookies, and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads and measure their performance. Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers (if applicable).
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted.

58 Labs, Popuf mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") yönetmektedir. Bu metin, Uygulamamızı kullandığınızda kişisel verilerinizin durumu hakkında sizi bilgilendirmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.
Gizliliğinize büyük önem veriyoruz. Popuf, tamamen cihazınızda (lokal olarak) çalışacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır. Uygulamayı kullanmak için hesap oluşturmanız gerekmez. İsminiz, e-posta adresiniz, konumunuz veya rehberiniz gibi hiçbir kişisel veriyi toplamıyoruz, saklamıyoruz veya paylaşmıyoruz. Tüm görevleriniz ve tema ayarlarınız sadece kendi cihazınızda güvenle tutulur. Uygulamayı sildiğinizde, bu veriler de cihazınızdan kalıcı olarak silinir.
Uygulamamız sizlere ücretsiz hizmet verebilmek için alt kısımda banner reklamlar göstermektedir. Bu reklamları sağlamak için Google AdMob altyapısını kullanıyoruz. AdMob, size uygun reklamlar sunabilmek ve reklam performansını ölçmek amacıyla IP adresiniz, cihaz tanımlayıcılarınız (Device ID), çerezler (cookies) ve bazı anonim kullanım verilerinizi toplayabilir. Uygulamamız genel kitleye hitap etmekte olup, bilerek 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamamaktadır. Eğer 13 yaşın altında bir kullanıcının bize kişisel veri sağladığını fark edersek, bu bilgileri derhal sistemlerimizden (eğer varsa) sileriz.
